FUSILLI with RICE FLOUR

  • 200gRice flour

  • 150g wheat starch

  • 150g potato starch

  • 8g Xanthan Gum

  • 1mc tbsp cooking oil

  • 1/2 mcf tsp salt

  • colour

  • 240ml BOILING water

Cách làm:

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • Pour boiling water into the dough and mix well

  • Install the big-hole disc into the machine and operate it

  • Cut the noodles short and put all into the machine, replace the fusilli disc and extrude again.
