200g semolina

50g all – purpose flour

110g egg + water

turmeric powder

20g tapioca starch

70g all – purpose flour

90g egg + water

salt

turmeric powder
If without egg, the water is 85ml

Put all flour into the machine, start it and pour liquid into it. Mix 3 minutes

Stop it.

Restart the machine and repeat the mixing of 3 minutes for 3 times

Let the dough rest for 5 minutes

Restart it to mix and extrude the dough
-
Boil in 15 minutes
For nice shells, you’s better not to boil them right after extruding but wait for sometime for them to dry
