300gram rice flour/rice starch
100gram Wheat starch
100gram potato starch
2 – 6g Xanthan gum
2 bsp of cooking oil
1 tsp of salt
250ml – 260ml BOILING water
Mix well all dry ingredients together, then put into machine. Start the machine for mixing 3 minutes. While it is mixing, pour in BOILING water + oil. Stop it after 3 minutes
2. Restart it for the second 3 minutes of mixing then stop
3. Restart it for the 3rd time of 3-minute mixing. Stop it and let the dough rest in 10 minutes
4. Restart it and let it work until end of circle of mixing and extruding
Boiling in water with some cooking oil and salt for 1-2 minutes
Pour out and wash it in cold water carefully
Let it dry
After some minutes, coat them with a little cooking oil to prevent it to stick together
