DUMPLING SKINS

– 180g all-purpose flour

– 20g tapioca flour

– 85ml both water + egg

– turmeric powder

mix the dough 3 times, rest 10 minutes then extrude 2 times by using the rounded disc such as 3mm, 4mm

then replace by the dumpling discs and and extrude

Dough is rather wet, if it sticks to make a mass, please cut it into pieces
