90-100g BOILING water

a little bit salt

1mcf tbsp cooking oil

1 mcf tsp xanthan gum
Put all into the machine and gradually pour water into it. Start the machine for mixing only
Stop the machine and Restart the mixing process
Mix the dough the 3rd time
Let the dough rest 10 minutes
Finally start the machine to run the whole process: mixing and extruding
