BÁNH GAI LÀM BẰNG MÁY LÀM MÌ PHILIPS

Mix and sieve the following ingredients well

  • 150 g all purpose flour

  • 180 g tapioca flour

  • 30g rice flour

  • 25g potato starch

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Put the following to microwave for 45 second, then mix well

  • 1/3 tsp salt, if you use salted butter, skip this

  • 100 g sugar

  • 80g –  90g coconut cream

  • 40 g unsalted butter

mix well and put into the second part

  • 1 tsp vani extract

  • 1 large egg

Turn on the oven at 180 Celsius degree/356 F

put about 3/4 of part 1 + part 2 into the machine and start

after the mixture is mixed for 1 minute, put the rest of the flour into it and continue

let it finish mixing and then extrude the cookies onto a tray covered by baking paper. Use a pair of scissors to cut it

Bake them for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Let it cool down and store in sealed bag
