RICE VERMICELLI

– 200g rice flour

– 150g wheat starch

– 150g potato starch

– 3-6g Xanthan Gum

– 1mc table spoon cooking oil

– 1 1/2 mcf tsp salt

– 250-260ml BOILING water

– put all dry ingredients into a big bowl

– Gradually pour boiling water into it and mix them well in 1 minutes by a fork

–Instal any big hole-disc into the machine, then put all the mixed flour into it and start the machine.

– Cut the noodles out by the big-hole disc short. After finishing extruding, put them all into the machine. Replace the dics you want and extrude again.

– Cook the noodles in A LOT OF water with some vinegar + salt + cooking oil. Then pour out in a big bowl of water, rinse gently many times and dry it.
