– 140gr rice flour
– 80gr potato starch
– 130ml boiling water
– 10ml cooking oil
– 2gr xanthan gum
1- Put flour into the machine, start it and pour boiling water into it
3- mix 3 minutes then stop it
4- Restart it and mix the second 3 minutes
5- Let the dough rest 10 minutes
6- Restart the machine for mixing and extruding
Boil it in 10 minutes
