Preparation:
400g rice flour 200g water + a little salt
How to make:
– Take 100g of rice flour, add 200g of water (with a little salt) and stir until dissolved. Cook on the stove while stirring until the flour is cooked. At this point, the flour becomes clear
– Then mix the cooked flour mixture and the remaining 300g of dry flour to become a soft mixture
– Put the mixture into the machine and extrude twice: First extrude and cut it short then put it into the machine again for the second extrusion. (if you want to make with very fine/thin pasta or shape pasta, use it in the second extrusion).

Boil with a lot of water and a little bit cooking oil until it’s soft
