FUSILLI S

This disc need special method to make nice twisted noodles with semolina (but it is much easier and nicer to make with rice flour). You can try this way:

  • 250g semola

  • HOT water (70°) + cooking oil = 95g

Method:

  1. Mix the first time – rest 15 minutes

  2. Mix the second time – rest 15 minutes

  3. Extrude with any big/large holes discs to make the dough elastic

  4. Replace by the fusilli S + add in a little bit bread flour and extrude
