Sauteed rice noodles

Method

Mix well 150g rice flour + 150g wheat starch + a pinch of salt + some cooking oil + 170g BOILING water.
Next add in 75g potato starch and mix well. Then put all into the machine to extrude. Cut the noodles out and put them into the machine and extrude the second time.

P/s: You can add 2g of xanthan gum
