Super-fast Big Rice Noodles with microwave

ENGLISH:

  • First dough: 250g rice flour + 210g water + 1 tsp lemon juice + salt: mix well.

  • Second dough: 60g tapioca starch + 120g rice flour

Put the first dough into microwave for 4 minutes, take out and mash

Put the second dough into the first one and mix well

Put the dough into machine, extrude the first time, cut into short pieces, then put all into the machine again and extrude the second time.

Boil in water with 1 tsp oil until soft. Rinse in water.
