BREADSTICKS
Ingredients:
200 gr plain flour T00 or T45 or all-purposed flour
50 gr semolina
30g Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 tablespoon of olive oil
A pinch of salt
110ml water
Method:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water
Put all ingredients in the machine, mix and extrude.
Bake 8-10 minutes under 200 Cecius degree.
