Deep frying pasta

Ingredient:

450g wheat flour

50g tapioca flour

1 tsp salt

½ tsp mcf Curcumin powder

4g xanthan gum

5g – 10g baking powder

190ml warm water

Mix all in the machine and extrude. Cut short.

Put all in again and extrude the second time

Rest the pasta 30 minutes before frying
