Ingredients:
250g bread flour
2g baking soda
2g salt
20ml warm water
70ml cold water
Put flour + salt and baking soda in the machine. Start it to mix and pour water into the machine gradually. Stop the machine and rest the dough 5 minutes.
Restart the machine and mix it again. Stop and rest the dough for 30 minuutes.
Finally start the machine and extrude.
