BREZEL COOKIES

Ingredients:

260 g of 00 flour

115 ml of lukewarm water

4 spoons of olive oil

5/6 g of salt

A little bit of sugar

2 g dried yeast

1 teaspoon of rosemarie

1 teaspoon of fennel seeds

1 teaspoon of oregano

1 teaspoon of sesame

1/2 teaspoon of aniseed

Method:

Create a dough with all of the ingredients and let it rise for 2 hours in a closed bowl.

Then cut it into pieces and put it in Philips pasta maker to extrude.

Place cookies on a tray, brush with a little bit of oil

Fan oven at 190° for 15/17 minutes
