MINI LEMON TART (L10)

Mini Lemon Tartlets

125 x 2.5 mm wire

150 g of flour

30 g Buckwheat flour

65 grams of almond powder

125 grams of Cold Butter

60 ml of cold water

1 pinch of salt

Briefly whip in a blender then pour in the PM for extraction

200 degree oven for 15 min for the tartlets alone then garnish them with lemon cream
