  • 1mc tbp cooking oil

  • 185g BOLING water

  • 100g potato starch

  1. mix rice flour + salt + oil in a bowl

  2. potato starch put in a separate bowl

  3. pour BOILING water into bowl in no. 1, mix well to reduce hot. Then use hand to knead 1 minute

  4. put potato starch into the dough and mix well
