200 gram bột bánh mì (bread flour)

50 gram bột năng (Tapioca starch)

1 muỗng cà phê muối (tsp cooking oil)

1/4 tsp bột nghệ (tùy thích) (tsp Curcumin powder if any)

2g bột nở (baking powder)
